How can I get a permit to study in canada quickly?

I am supposed to start high school in Toronto in 6 days and I don’t have a study permit. How do I get one? Is there a fast way to do it? I don’t know anything about them besides for that the school gave me an acceptance letter to show when I get one, they mentioned that I could do it at the border or something…If it makes a difference, I am coming back into the USA in about 3 weeks, and then returning to Canada after that. Thanks for your help!!
Also is there a phone number I could contact someone to ask questions about study permits? I can’t seem to find any canadian office phone numbers…

Also, QUICKLY and GOVERNMENT don’t go hand in hand…it might take more than 3 weeks to get your study permit.
