canada yellow pages

Is there a free website out there where you can locate lost friends’ addresses or email addresses?
I have lost touch with some friends ten years ago. I would like to find out where they live or their email address (I live in Canada, they live in US). I tried the yellow pages, white pages and searches on the internet but they are either not very informative or want to charge me for the information. Thanks!
Go to Goggle or Yahoo and search. I wouldn’t use either for the actual information there is always a fee for any info other then that their records exist.
