will it be a prob for my immigration of my wife if I dont file taxes?

Hi ,I did not file any taxes as I dont have an income. But I do have 30,000 $ in my bank account.I am in the army reserves and might get deployed for th 2nd time in october.I am going to apply for immigration for my foreign wife. Then again I will be earning tax free salary.Sine I am not regular army and I dont have a staedy job and I did not file any tax will it be a problem for my foreign wife to come to the US?or Should I file taxes although I dont have an income?Any advice would be highly helpful. Thanks

For some people who are asking where I made 30 grant please notice that I already said I might get deployed for the 2nd time in Oct which means I was deployed b4 and it is during that time I made about a little less than 40,000.Cause I was deployed it was tax free income. No I dont do any job under the desk.

yes, Because when you file your papers one of the requirements will be your ITR copies, and affidavit of support. The affidavit of support usually will have you provide your income tax papers anyway.
I believe that being in the army entitles you to a slightly faster processing time (expedited due to your enlistment).
