Information regarding Immigration check and clearances?
Hi, I have travelled from India to Italy via Frankfurt and had my Immigration check at Frankfurt. Now I am returning from Italy to India via Frankfurt. Please provide me the information on whether I will again need the immigration check at Frankfurt? Do I also need to have some Immigration clearance in India also?
There will be no immigration check since Italy and Germany are both schengen zone countries.The Immigration check is done when you first arrive in the schengen zone.
When you leave you will have no immigration check at all except a controll of your passport to see if you overstayed your visa for example
