Numbers of rituals are performed at that time by people of all religions. Wandering Souls Day or Trung Nguyen is another festival celebrated in the month of August. Liberation of Saigon, National Day on 2 September and New Year’s Day on 1 January are important public holidays in Vietnam. You can visit Vietnam throughout the year where you can face different weather in different region. For example one side can have scorching heat while the other part can be cold at that time.
