i got my first visa. will i be charged for making an ebay account?
theres no money in it at all. i think you need an credit card number to make an account. if i put this # in will i be charged with anything?
also is there any hidden charges when buying anything

You will not be charged for opening an ebay account, unless you sell something and dont pay the ebay fees via paypal.
If you mean are there any hidden charges on ebay, usually no, though some scammers try to add packing fees and paypal fees after the auction which is against ebay terms.
be careful with that credit card.
Do a search here on all the folks that have gotten in trouble/debt started out just like you..one card..Please be careful.
