visa for india in houston

Teacher in Mumbai, India would love to teach in USA?
I am from India and have been in teaching field for more than 20 years. I have a masters degree.
What are the requriments of being a teacher in USA specially Houston, TX.
Will I be given H1 visa by the hiring school???
Can any Indian origin teacher teaching in the US shed some light for me on this matter, please!
