visa go world

On the sims 3 world adventures it told me twice that i was at visa 1 but…?
it tells me after i complete like an adventure it pops up saying that i got to visa 1 but when i go to travel again it says im at visa 0! how do i fix that?
it does that with me too, but the days i can stay does go up. if yours dont go up then i am sorry but i have no idea. good luck xx
