visa issuance fee

Is there a processing fee of $750 CAN, when you apply for a Canadian work permit?

My Canadian Work Visa was already approved by the Canadian Visa Station office, however; they will not release my Visa Pincode for the issuance of my visa because they still require me for a Canadian work permit document from the Canadian Work Permit Office. The Canadian Visa Station instructed me to write an email request for a work permit. The Work Permit Office emailed me the application form but they are charging me of $ 750 CAN to push through the processing.

Oh, it’s up to $750Can. now. They told me the job I wanted would have to be posted for 6 months, and if no Canadian applied for the job then I could apply for $300 and then pay $150 every 2 weeks ( I believe I have that amount right). I like Canada, but don’t care for their protectionist trade policies.
