Could anyone explain few section in Tier1 dependant application form for my new born daughter in UK?
I am on Tier 1 general visa and want to apply for my daughter dependant visa. From June 2009 there is another new dependant application form which is quite unclear in some points.

1. C1 (under what nationality did the dependant enter the UK?)
but my daughter born in UK so what i will have to write in this section.?
2. D 11 ( What is the dependant’s current immigration status in the UK?)
What i need to write as it is her first time to apply for visa,.
3. D 12 (When does the dependant current leave expire)
it will be her ever visa as she born one month ago so what should i write in this section?
4. Section 5 (declaration)
of course i will sign on behalf of my kid but do i need to write her name in the box or my name or both names. ?
your daughter is NOT a british citizen (under UK laws) and so she must take YOUR citizenship.
you need to register her with your country’s embassy for her to be identified as a citizen of your country.
