visa vs mastercard stock

Can you buy visa (v) directly from visa? How about mastercard?
just curious… what are the most common stocks you can purchase directly from us companies
If your talking about stocks….you can buy stocks in any company,( that offers them) if you mean a card you can get prepaid Visa and MasterCard….
